Yes, you will need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form and choose which ticket option for the convention you'd like, then continue to the payment option.
Registration for the 2025 FLASHA Convention will open on January 1, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., Eastern time. If you have questions about registration, please email flashaconventionplanner@gmail.com . If you have any questions regarding your membership status, need help with your FLASHA.org account, or want to join FLASHA, please email vp.membership@flasha.org Full in-person registration covers your attendance for all days of the FLASHA Convention, June 19-22, 2025. The full registration fee allows you to: Attend any in-person 1-hour, 1.5 hour, or 2 hour podium presentation or or poster presentation taking place on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Visit the Exhibit Hall, attend Exhibitor Demonstrations, participate in the Social activities, and enjoy free snack breaks and breakfasts provided. Attend the Welcome Party/Exhibit Hall Welcome and the FLASHA Bash. Earn continuing education credit in person sessions. There will be a Virtual Only Registration Option again this year! Additional Add-On Tickets are available including the VIP Ticket and a Virtual Add on. The VIP Ticket ($100) Includes: Access to all pre-recorded sessions (these will be different from the in-person sessions that are offered and will not overlap), Early Access to our Welcome Reception with the Opportunity to meet and greet invited speakers, a sweatshirt, a notebook and pen, and priority seating in all sessions (front, back, end of seating). The Virtual Add ($25) can be add to all full convention registrations. One day registrations are not eligible for this add on ticket. This provides access to all pre-recorded sessions (these will be different from the in-person sessions that are offered and will not overlap).
Yes, you can bring a guest to the 2025 FLASHA Convention. A guest registration option is available for $175 per person. A guest is an accompanying person who is neither an FLASHA member (and not eligible to be), nor a related professional, and is attending the FLASHA Convention in a social capacity only. Guest registration is offered so that friends or family members of registered attendees may accompany them socially in the Exhibit Hall and at special events and does not include attendance at any education sessions. This guest fee includes access to the the Thursday Welcome Reception, Saturday FLASHA Bash, Snack Breaks and Breakfast if offered. Guests may not register themselves; guest registrations are affiliated with a fully registered attendee who MUST accompany the guest at all times. Guest passes are an official badge option for FLASHA members and related professionals to add onto their registration for individuals who are ineligible for FLASHA membership.
Yes, This year with our new event software every attendee will be able to receive a certificate of completion for the sessions they attend even if they do not want their CEs submitted to ASHA.
The 2025 FLASHA Pre-Recorded virtual sessions will be available beginning June 23rd after the live in-person convention for 15 days. This will allow individuals who attended the conference in person time to watch all the sessions without any conflicts.
